In 2008, Master Jiumei founded He Guang，Drawing from lived experience, the path first resonated with individuals，across diverse fields—scholars, artists, entrepreneurs, and beyond. Over the years, tens of thousands have stepped into this journey, each rediscovering themselves in their own way.
The essence of He Guang，lies in bridging ancient wisdom，with modern life. Simple, grounded, and effective. Beginning with the body, arriving at the mind, and from there, illuminating life itself. A path where body and awareness meet—where practice becomes real.
